For a creature that's only +2 CR, it sure is wicked as a PC! Hell, I can't even figure out how they only got +2 CR! In any case, there wasn't a listing for the LA for an alternate form, but I think 21 was enough. I haven't yet compared it to a 20th level NPC (didn't want to deal with Epic)Any thoughts?
