Nothing else of note happened in the night but in the morning the heroes are all tired. Gathering up the refugees onto the trailer and RV, Varg gets Sparks the fury-beetle moving slowly south. Fairly quickly the strange caravan moves out of the ruins and into the open when Varg calls out "Looks like something ahead... might be a mob or a gang, can't tell from here" When the other heroes climb up onto the back of the fury-beetle to get a look they can all see the walled town they passed on the way here about a half a mile away. Outside the walls and gathered towards the south can be seen a number of jeeps, two large ATV and motorcycles with a number of individuals standing out in front of them. A couple of carrying standards on long poles. It is hard to see for sure from here, but it looks like the flags are yellow and black... [gm]Everyone has one level of Fatigue right now so just keep that in mind. You are -1 to all skill and trait rolls (except Soaking). The 'mob' is about 400" (2,400 feet) away. It appears to be around 20 or 30 individuals, standing around 6 jeeps, 2 heavier looking ATVs, 10 motorcycles. Without some form of enhancements to visual (and I can't remember if anyone has binoculars or not) enhancement you are going to have to get closer to make out anything more. You can try and swing out further to avoid them BUT the terrain starts getting rougher and so the going will be slower if you don't want to dump the refugees[/gm]
