I don't know if this is allowed, but its worth a shot. Adult Swim has decided to cancel this little gem of a show to 'purify' their line up with more.....kinetic fair. For those of you who don't know, this is essentialy the sucessor to 'Dr. Katz Professional Therapist) or, for the HBO set, it can also be characterized as a slightly more heartfelt, animated 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'. So you might want to check it in reruns on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim sunday nights at 12:30 a.m. come latter this month or even purchase the probable DVD when its released.

Is Aqua Teen Hunger Force the more kinetic faire in question or is it more Japanese animation?

I'm sorry I didn't get into Home Movies when I had the chance. It will be missed, and I'm definately signing that petition.

I await the day when gems like 'Hikari no Go' and 'Princess Nine' can be shown on American TV. An animation about Go with some strong characters who're also competetive Go players and a women-empowering animation centered around the great American-Japanese pastime of baseball. And empowering not in the isolating manner of 'A League of Their Own,' but in a rather direct way. Direction by one of the most sensitive romantic-comedy animators in Japan certainly helps Princess Nine, too.

Yay for rambling late at night.
