What FAQ are you reffering to?

Forget the FAQ... it's right in the spell description. See my earlier post.

Okay, I hate to say it, but it doesn't matter what you do as a monk my friend, or what else you have in your party. If the wizard is 30th level you are all screwed. Once a wizards hits 9th level spells it is all over. If you consider prep time before the battle, the wiz can pump himself up and simply smoke the party with a couple of simple words "I wish..."

Not if he is short on XP. One needs to have the DM agree tat all characters have the minimium XP for their level, that way no XP can be spent on these type of spells.

The official D&D rules FAQs are located here. The one I was reffering to is the "Main D&D FAQ", which covers the PH and DMG; there are others that cover the rest of the WOTC sourcebooks.
