Goblin bodies were everywhere, left were they fell, clearly overcome by significant numbers. None of the enemies’ bodies had been left behind, and surely there must have been some, but Kali knew what he was looking at. A raid from another tribe, in fact from two tribes, joined in enmity and jealousy against the Darkfoot – a rare occurrence.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: white"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">The oath was sworn in blood and hatred, ‘Vengeance shall be mine’.</span></span></p><p><span style="color: white"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">There were no signs of life in the village of the Greatclaw, though soon the vermin would descend to feast, just as they had at that of the Redtongue. Kali moved unheard and unseen, ensuring that the work of last night was complete. It was. The mercanaries had earnt their pay this last week, but Kali had not a coin left to his name, but then, vengeance was his.</span></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: white"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Kali felt he had earned a cup or two at the bar, after having dropped off his latest finds – stirge fletchlings in the kitchen – they fetched a good rate at fancy taverns like The Nentir Inn.[/sblock]</span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
