Kinda like the MM... the monster description and world stuff (including the names) is not availible for use without permission, but the game stats are open.Kind of like WotC took the last two pages of the MMII and put CC monsters in them but changed the monster's names and wrote their own description.While Dwarf is perfectly safe (and so is mountian dwarf I think) I'm pretty certain that terms like Forsaken elf and Charduni aren't availible for use without permission.In other words: I wasn't being obnoxious I was playing it safe.(edit: playing it safe wasn't the right way to put that. I guess I though the OGL rules were common knowledge and that there wouldn't be much confusion as to why I wasn't posting names.
