School specialization stacking with Tattoo focus?

Does the +1 save dc you get for specializing in a school stack with the +1 you get when you take the tattoo focus feat? I would think it does, but an NPC in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting has not factored that in..

No because you do not get a +1 to Save DC from School Specialization.

Trellian is obviously still using the old 2E rules for changed spell-save DC's that Specialists got. If that rule were still in force, then yes, indeed, it definitely would stack ... if for no other reason than the fact that because being a specialist is a prerequisite for Tattoo Focus!. ^_^

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you are refering to the spell focus feat not specialization. And yes the DC's would stack stack I think.
