The new video release SCORCHED portrays D&D players as misfit nerds and angry criminals. Young hotty Rachel Leigh Cook screams "You wanna jack with the ripper?" as she spaces out into a fantasy world (in her head) where she turns into a +1 dagger throwing Xena clone, doing martial arts and swordplay against anyone who upsets her in real life. John Cleese, Woody Harrelson and Alicia Silverstone also star in this bank heist caper. I thought the film was funny, but the D&D part was slightly insulting (but still funny).
