Initiaitve Order: Tau 25 Soulfetter 19 Alarion 11 Raul 6 Brae 6 Tau feels uneasy about what he sees, or at least thinks he sees. Wanting to shed a little more light on the matter, he decides to cast a spell. Briefly concentrating, four lights, each as bright as a torch, appear ahead of him and quickly move so one is above the head of each 'creature' before him. He then takes a more careful look at who, or what, is there. Raul is eager to finally be able to use his new Robe, so he boldly advances towards the figures, "Constables! Identify yourselves!" Tau's magic brings the alley suddenly and starkly into view for all. The fallen form appears to be a waif like human now quite dead and rapidly being consumed by the others. The low form is a zombie dog, the smaller one an enormously fat undead goblin woman hacking bits off the body with a very large sharp cleaver. The others were human in life, but now well decayed zombies. The creatures are all now horrible parodies of life their movements slow and uncoordinated. They are oozing thick icor and worms from the wounds that killed them. The smell of their decay reaches all of you now turning stomachs. Fresh blood and bits of brain and intestine and other body parts drip from their mouths. SoulFetter stands his position, arrow drawn to the cheek. As the light reveals the undead, he looses. A second arrow follows close on the other. Both thunk deeply into the the lifeless chest, though the mindless creature does not seem to notice. Either shot might have brought down a normal cur, but this creature remains on its feet. Alarion advances toward the zombies weapon ready. Raul moves to attack the nearest Zombie. OOC: I need rolls from Raul to continue.
