Message: <blockquote data-quote="tetrasodium" data-source="post: 8989507" data-attributes="member: 93670">Trials & treasure pg350 "Table: item crafting time and DCs" & Pg 296 "Table: Spell Scrolls".  It's just a compilation of the relevant rules.  Scrolls are common until they become uncommon with 3rd level spells.  You would need to rewrite something about crafting common scrolls & impact all common scrolls if not adding an extra rarity type like "mundane" or something & decide where to draw the line.  If someone just wants to craft cantrip scrolls for reason other than an odd one off like "I might one day want to cast mold earth"  there is an uncommon <a href="https://a5e.tools/node/862" target="_blank">cantrip wand</a> on 226 that grants the ability to cast the cantrip & I think it makes changes to accomidate the question a bit unneeded.</blockquote>
