The former hols up to 8 items (dagger sized) and the latter up to 12 items. Neither offers the benefit of a free action to draw the items.There's a Scroll Organizer in the book that's basically a belt that holds up to 8 scroll cases and you can read the scroll top to see which scroll it is, but again, no benefit for drawing them as a free action.There is, however, a Potion Belt and a Masterwork Potion Belt in the book. The former holds 6 potions, the latter 10.
