Hello,

I have a question about scrolls and DC.

I know that the DC is 10 + spell level + caster ability modifier

Do you apply the
1) ability modifier of who cast the spell?
2) ability modifier of who scribe the spell?
3) no ability modifier

And what if the caster and the scriber are the same? (scribe scroll feat)

For scrolls, like just about all magic items except staves, you use the minimum ability score modifier needed to cast the spell. It doesn't matter what the ability scores of the scriber or user are.

So usually the DC is 10 + (1.5 x spell level), i.e. DC 11 for a 1st lvl spell, DC 13 for 2nd, DC 14 for 3rd, and so on.
