I'm running Scuttlecove (The Porphyry House Horror) in about a week--I've read through it a few times, made notes and so on. I'm just wondering if anyone has run it before and has any tips or advice for me.
A few notes: I've fitted it into my homebrew world but apart from that there are few differences.
My player group includes at the moment a Psion, a Ranger and a Cleric(my other players are gone for personal reasons) so they are backed up by the Psion's v. young Blue Dragon companion and these followers: a lower level bard, two barbarians and a rogue.
One thing I'm a little concerned about is how tough the Yuan-Ti leadership is along with the fact that they have an undead succhubus, the orlath demon and the retriever present.
A minor change I made was to make Tyrlandi a thrall of Malcanthet instead of Grazz't simply because my pcs have a wariness of that particular demon prince--but what would be the best way to make players trust her or at least willing to work with her? Anything that worked?
