Seafarers Handbook: Non-Combat Speed

Is it just me missing something or does the Seafarers Handbook not seem to have any information about figuring how fast a ship can sail/row outside of combat? I need to know how long ships take to get various places as much or more than combat speed. Did I miss something or is it just not there?

The ship speed listed in its stat block is how far it can move in one round, or 6 seconds. So if you take that and multiply it by 600 (the number of rounds in an hour), then divide the result by 5280 (the number of feet in a mile), you will get the miles per hour for the ship.

So a ship with 30 ft. of movement, for example, would move:

30 ft. x 600= 18,000
18,000/5280= 3.4 miles per hour.
