Message: <blockquote data-quote="jester47" data-source="post: 327472" data-attributes="member: 2238">Yeah, Warhammer Fantasy is good.  In retrospect it is funny to look at the art and see how much 3e sort of resembles it.  I love thier info on cities near the back.  The idea that the kingdoms of men, dwarves and elves are big areas on maps is hilarious.  WF essentially points out that people settle around cities and on the routes between them.  So instead of being big clumps of land empires really look like latticeworks, for there is a difference in the land that a state claims and the land that a state controls.  Following this gives you more "unknown" to play with.
