A Search function is the most server-intensive drain on ENWorld's resources, so it's only available to Community Supporters (who have paid to help subsidise the site).

There is also a Meta forum available for questions about the site - this forum is best used for D&D rules enquiries, just for future reference.

A Google search also works well, though. Use "<search terms> site:enworld.org". You could throw in "d-d-4th-edition-rules" if you wanted to restrict things even further.
