Message: <blockquote data-quote="Milambus" data-source="post: 4584853" data-attributes="member: 74238">Tactical Warlord of pretty much any race would work well.  Though neither of your fighters are optimized for working with a Warlord (2-handed fighter is best for commander's strike).For weapon, you'll want to use something with Reach.  Glaive is nice since its also a Heavy Blade for Heavy Blade Opportunist.  Greatspear will cost a feat, but gives +3 prof bonus and its ideal for an Eladrin since Eladrin Soldier gives prof and +2 damage.Lets look at the races:Dragonborn - Bonus Str for your attacks, very nice.  Dragonbreath, gives you some controller/wizard.Eladrin - Bonus to Int is great.  Eladrin Soldier to use Greatspear.  Fey Step to teleport around.Elf - Reroll.  Do I need to say more?  Being able to reroll a missed Lead the Attack, or Commander's Favor is great.  Stat bonuses don't really help, but with those rolls you don't really need them.Human - Bonus to either Str or Int.  I'd go 19 str, 18 int.  Bonus At-Will, feat, skill.  Action Surge is great for setting up your daily (+3 to attack).  (This is what I play, Human TacLord with a GreatSpear.)Tiefling - Bonus to Int is great, Cha can help with other Warlord powers also.  There was a Class Feature article in Dragon will some good Tiefling Warlord synergies.  Genasi - +2 str AND int.  Can get some controller like abilities depending on manifestation.  I'll have to continue this later if I get time...</blockquote>
