One of the oddest omissions thus far in Green Ronin's Freeport setting is a set of encounter tables for the city. Back when they were regularly doing the Focus on Freeport web feature, they assured me that they'd get some encounter tables up. Then, as the setting hardcover approached, and I kept asking, they told me there'd be encounter tables in the book.
There weren't.
Does anybody have detailed encounter tables for Freeport? I'm looking, hopefully, for multi-tiered tables, divided by city neighborhood and time of day, utilizing NPCs from the setting.
If anyone remembers the encounter tables for Sanctuary, from the old Thieves World supplement, something like that would be perfect. I realize finding something so extensive is unlikely, but a guy can dream.
