Seeking Info About "War of Kings"....

Is there anybody here who has played the boardgame "War of Kings"?? It looks like a medieval version of "Axis & Allies" to me, except that it's faster to play. I'm just not sure I'm ready to put the $75.00 into it....

Any assistance or reviews of the game will be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I never heard about the game before. But that is hardly surprising, since I don't usually learn about kickstarter games unless they generate _a lot_ of buzz.
If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend to check out the Reviews over at BGG.
