Experience Gamer and DM for 16 years. The team is 3 males plus DM with age ranging from 27-32. We are 7 game sessions into the new campaign. We are looking to add 1 to 2 players to my team. Looking for players that pride themselves on story telling, characterization, and imagery. I'm not interested in recruiting hack and slash players and especially not interested in rule mongers. (We are not very rule intensive) I live in South East WI in the city of Franklin with the games taking place at my house in a causal setting. We play once a month game days varying, but always on the weekends. 3.5/D20 rules with some home brewed stuff mixed in. Home brewed campaign that deals with a number of historical/present day/ and fantasy settings.
Experience-
I'm open for any level, but would prefer adding players with either some game experience or into theatrics at some level. The important element is that the player is not set in his/her way and is open for something new and different. The pride of the campaign is in being something really outside the lines and something that we learn and discover as we go. If you are looking for the traditional Forgotton Realms, Greyhawk this is not it.
I've never recruited players before, have always been extremely passionate about my games, and have usually reserved the campaign to only my closest friends. This will be something new but I enjoy meeting new people, and enjoy a good role player
PS to give you a hint on the campaign setting the book we reference more than Players of DMG is Dictionary of Imaginary Places which is not even a role playing book.
Thanks in advance to any who consider responding.
