They've ended up on the fringes of the Imperium (say) and now have one last chance to make something of themselves.</p><p></p><p>Or to put it another way, it's fine that your character always wanted to be an engineer, and it's fine if the dice determined that he never actually got to be one - because now things are about to change.</p></blockquote><p></p>
