Sell us on Haven: City of Violence

Well, one of the players wants to now run a Cyberpunk adventure. Then he noticed that game: Haven City of Violence and asked us what we think about it. I don't know a damn thing about this, and would like to ask those on enworld that are knowladgeable. Including which version seems the best: the original game or the d20 version? (pros and cons)

BTW: would it work well with Grim Tales?
