Hi folks! My name is Stephen Miller and I am an unemployed game designer. I've done work with GURPS 3rd edition as well as the d20 games of Sherwood: The Legend of Robin Hood and Gaslight Victorian Fantasy Campaign Setting.
I recently received a generous donation of a 4-day badge to attend GenCon. I've also been told that I have a place to stay during the convention. Unfortunately, due to my current unemployed status, I do not have a means of getting there.
So, that is what brings me here. My car requires rather expensive repairs, so I am looking for alternatives to get to Indianapolis from Minneapolis. I am looking at using planes, trains, or buses to get to Indiana. This will run somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 to $250.
With this in mind, I have started a fundraiser at indiegogo.com to raise funds. The fun part is that contributors get INCENTIVES! There are game supplements, a new mini game, and the chance to get a game from my vast gaming library. If you want a non-gaming incentive, there are recipes and baked goods available as well.
