September 2008: What are you reading?

I bought a slew of books last weekend at the local bookstore.

Right now I'm reading Massacre at Mountain Meadows ( I just started on this as of last night).

When I get with MaMM I'll be moving on to The Wizard Heir.

I recently finished Harry Potter 4 and 5 (Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince). I'm really looking forward to the ending. Hopefully I'll be able to find a decent price for it.

Prepare to be disappointed.

Due to a loan from a friend, I just finished Pratchett's Making Money last night. The timing was ... interesting...

I just started Anathem, Neal Stephenson's new book.

I'm also reading Watchmen (for the first time)

Interesting, I also just started reading Anathem, and Watchmen is on the list (I read Arkham Asylum before that, got all three from Amazon a few days ago)

I have only read about 200 pages in Anathem, so being Stephenson this means I don't really know what the story is about yet. I have some ideas though, and so far I like it alot. I'd imagine the story is similiar to the Baroque Cycle, however I haven't read that one yet.
