I'd just leave it. You'll only confuse things by sending another one. If the subject title is correct, I should be able to identify it as a setting proposal reasonably easy, but if the info isn't in the email then it'll go into my "to do when I have plenty of time" folder.
I'm not being awkward - I have a "system" worked out whereby I can whip through them - it takes me about 30 seconds for each. If I have to investigate at all to get the info I need, then that turns into about 2 minutes. Multiply that by 200 or 300 and you can see the problem.
30 secs x 200 = 100 minutes = 1 hour and 40 mins
2 minutes x 200 = 400 minutes = 6 and a half hours
I can see why WotC had strict rules with their 11,000 entries. And I can imagine they roundfiled literally thousands of them without even reading them! Certainly many of those I'm receiving don't meet their criteria, and I'm only seeing a tiny percentage of them.
