Drop the succy idea. They are not that powerful compared to what you could get with "normal" character. If you are going for the looks and feel of devilish/demonic lady, try playing female Hellbred spirit aspect (Fiendish Codex 2) sorcerer. You will get almost all succy SLA's, only as spells, and you will have devil looks (more likely Erinyes, than Succubus, but Erinyes are cooler than succies anyway IMO). Eventually, spirit aspect will grant you even telepathy (along with darkvision 120, see in all kinds of darkness, +2 CHA, -2 CON, you will be able to use evil weapons/spells/gear even if you are good). You can also get Draconic template (LA 1) for negating CON loss, further upgrading your CHA by 2, and gaining dragonblood subtype. Dragoblood will open up nice feats that suit sorcerers well, as well as draconic wings (feat) which DO look a bit devilish/demonic, bat-like as they are. To reiterate, you will get demonic/devilish looking gal with wings (which improve as you gain levels or if you invest some feats), with nice caster oriented feats, who can get all succubus SLA's as spells, good bonus to CHA, and, best of all totally legit and only LA 1. Sure, her powers will only develop over time, instead of just be there for your use, but, IMHO, that is more than half of fun of D&D - developing your character and watching it grow in power.
