Star Wars is a galaxy of black and white: there is no gray. As such, I believe that the two primary avenues of sexuality would be closed to the Jedi: love, and lust. Love equates to attachment, despite Anakin's halfhearted attempts at justifying how he feels about Padme. In fact, George Lucas has said in so many words that it is Anakin's inability to do without his attachment to her that drives him to the Dark Side; love, one of the primary things that leads to sex, IS forbidden for the Jedi. Secondly, lust. In addition to the fact that the Jedi are based on a number of real life religions as well as organizations, many of which condemn lust, the simple desire to get your rocks off smacks of a violation of the Jedi Code: There is no emotion, there is peace. To give in to lust like that is to let your primal urges control you, rather than keeping yourself at peace and without the need to procreate. Let's be honest here, folks. Sex doesn't have any place in Star Wars if you follow the movies. The only example of Jedi having sex is Anakin Skywalker and Padme, which is a pretty strong argument against Jedi sexuality since Anakin becomes the most evil person ever. A whoring Jedi seems not only rife with problems but also VERY un-Star Wars. But then again, I'm very much a purist; I believe if you want to play Star Wars, you play Star Wars, and sticking close to the themes of the movies is what it's all about. But I'm not here to rain on your parade, just offering my outlook on the whole thing.
