SFX: Skills'n'Feats Magic

I've had a few requests to post up a skills and feats system of magic I whipped together for my Dark*Matter d20 game. This pdf is my take on the Diabolism magic group from Alternity's original Dark*Matter. The base is built out of GR's Psychic's Handbook rules.

This is still a rough draft, at best, with a few gaps and holes. I want to put together some rules for multiple casters and the like that I've never gotten around to.

Taking a page from Wulf's Grim Tales I included some information on scaling/changing the Strain system to reflect different game styles, along with a quick convert for using Spell Burn with this system.
