Shadow Chasers?

First Post
I was going to buy the D20 Modern handbook on Friday but, alas, my local hobby shop was fresh out of them and couldn't tell me when they'd get more. In the meantime, I'd like to know where I could find out information on the Shadow Chasers campaign. I remember hearing that it was included as a mini game in an issue of Polyhedron, and I'd like to know which exact issue, as I might be ordering it through the Paizo publishing website.

Thanks ahead! :D

Basically the "Shadow" is a magical realm that occasionally washes up in our real world. Most people can't detect the shadow. They'll see an ogre as a really large, ugly guy for example. All creatures of shadow dissapate when they die so producing evidence is tough. The characers are one of the few who can see the shadow creatures for what they are.

The prestige classes for this campaign is one that can kill the shadows and anther that can only cast spells from scrolls.

Dungeon/Polyhedron #91/150.

Thanks! :D
What kind of material was there in that magazine? Anything useful, or do I have all that I need in the D20 Modern rulebook?

Since the magazine came out earlier than the release of the core rulebook, they're mostly preview material but has been changed. For instance, the magazine Shadow Chasers includes VP/WP system, even though the core rules uses a modified HP system (a hybrid between D&D version and CoC lethal version).

Some new feats were changed, mostly the name (Martial Arts becomes Combat Martial Arts).

Of course, with this being the first d20 Modern preview, you may notice the change in the basic core Hero classes as well (sans Tough Hero, which was later included in the next issue #151), which later uses talent trees and bonus feats in the core rules instead.

Personally, you might want to take advantage of some of the advanced classes that were not present in the d20 Modern core rules. Optionally, you could use one of three templates to make your character unique (like he is a son of a vampire like Blade).
