The houses and businesses though dimly lit at this late in the day still are astonishing in the architecture and craftsmanship. As you are marvelling at the wide variety of buildings that follow the walkway you almost pass the tavern as you quickly realize it seems quaintly out of place. It has the appearance of a tavern you would see anywhere, nothing to extravagant, no fancy wood carvings or exotic materials like so many other buildings around it! A simple wooden sign hangs above it proclaiming you have arrived at your destination. It doesnt appear very crowded outside, actually it is eerily quiet for a tavern... Once you enter you realize the tavern is emply of people, behind the bar an older human man with a beaming smile hails you "Greetings young master, I am Frick. Have a seat here at the bar and let me get you a drink and some fresh baked sweetbread while we wait for the others to arrive. Now what do ya' want ole Frick ta fix ya' to drink then ? hmm" Frick is garbed in a white tunic and brown pants, he also has a red apron on that has a gold threaded griffon image on it. He has a bald head and blue sparkling eyes that dont seem to show the age his body does...
