Have you ever shared a homebrew world with another DM? Not even necessarily the same campaign (same characters), but just maybe you DM the west, and he DMs the east. Or anything?
Gary Gygax and Rob Kuntz did it.
Way back in my old AD&D1 campaign world, one of my Players wanted to DM me in my world. I was reluctant, but I let him. He did well -- kept his "plot" small and localized. I enjoyed the one adventure in my own world, but I don't think I could ever do it again. Letting someone else DM my world is like letting some else kiss my wife.
