(Shark World) New Magic Item

This is a little boring but I just moved and I haven't unpacked my DMG yet. Is the formula for, in this caseof , Wonderous Item creation x=1,000 * (spell level) *(caster level)* 2(for always being active)


Amulet of the Sea- An amulet of the sea is a common but highly desired magic item in Shark World. The Amulet confers the abilities of the Swim spell (page 116 OA) for an unlimited duration.
Essentially, if carrying a light load or less, the character can travel at his/her land rate in water without making swim checks.
CasterLevel: 3rd
Prerequisite: Craft wonderous item AND +6 ranks in swim or Swim spell
Market Price: 12,000
Weight: 1lb

 

[The Iron Mark]

If you have MotW you might want to make an advanced version that has the Swim spell effect and the effect of the Cloak of the Sea spell.

You could have items that grant use-activated "Speed Swim" (from Magic of Faerun).
