Shifter Hlaf-Vamp

OK guys i have a shifter druid just ripe for prestige class time. But you see the thing is that he is a Half-Vamp. Would he be able to be a Were-Touched Master? Cause it says you cant be bot a vampire and a Lycanthrope at the same time but he is only a Half-Vampire and wont be a full Lycanthrope even with Alternate Form. I kinda want him to be able to do it because him shifting to a Were-Tiger form while still a Half-Vamp would be epic.

Not really perfect for WTM, but I HIGHLY suggest Moonspeaker, because flavor-wise, it's perfect. You're the ulitimate creature of the night. (In fact, I may run this!)

he really isnt like a spell caster kind of druid. i built him as a fighter but then made him a druid to piss off one of the guys at my school. he really is more a druid for the army of animals that follow him as he is level 11 in eberron from elden reaches. he has a dire boar, dire wolf, dire weasel and a hawk.
