Today will be the first day of my brand new campaign, and I'm so excited! Today is mostly character creation, going over houserules, etc. I've got some new players to fill out my previously little group and get to teach a couple of newbie friends the game. We also celebrate GMs Day today.
My last campaign was pretty lackluster towards the end. Now it's six months later while my friend DMed and I am the exact opposite of burned out. I'm excited at all the possibilities for great stories and characters. And of course feeling a little overwhelmed by the pressure I've put on myself to make this the best game I've ever run.
So who else gets this? The brilliant excitement of a shiny new campaign, endless possibilities, before the first d20 is rolled?
