Should Blue and Green Dragon subtypes be switched?

Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere, but the SRD describes the Blue dragon as being of the Earth subtype, whereas the Green dragon is described as of the Air subtype.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? The Blue dragon spits lightning and the Green acid...

Any errata out there for this?

The blue dragon is fine with the Earth subtype. Lives in the desert and has a burrow speed, which most Earth subtype creatures do. The green dragon, with its swim speed, should probably be Water subtype.

I switched them as well. Its probably not something that will ever be in errata.

As an aside, I give green dragons a sonic roar breath weapon, instead of poison gas. That way the five chromatic dragons match the five D&D energy types.

I'd guess that they gave green dragons the Air subtype because, in previous editions, their breath weapon was a cloud of poisonous chlorine gas.
