I'm Sticking With Dungeon/Polyhedron I am an avid reader and devoted fan of Dungeon magazine. Sure, as a singular v.3.5 Ed. D&D DM and Player, I don't use material from the Polyhedron side. But, I don't mind it being there, not one bit. I am glad the publishers take the space and time to provide material for the "fringe" d20, non-D&D gamer. They need copy space, too. And, the Living Greyahwk Journal, one of my favorite elements of the magazine, is in the Polyhedron section. No problem. I figure, it's like dinner at Red Lobster restaurant. I like the Admiral's Special, except the scallions - so I push them to the edge of my plate. I don't villify the server or write acrimonious letters to Red Lobster Corp. I'm just glad they have a dish I didn't have to make, that has most of what I want. In that same vein, I don't have time to devise and write adventures. So, I whole heartedly appreciate every adventure that comes along (especially those for the World of Greyhawk). I don't care if they're short or long, or if there are two or four. And the Shackled City - great stuff. Again, I don't have time do make that stuff up myself. Then there is Downer - my new favorite Dark Elf. LMAO, keep him coming. Last, Dungeon looks fantastic. Sure, there are some utility issues with the glossy pages. But, I'm not going to write in my copy anyway. A visit to the trusty copy machine is my course. I don't know about advertising, distribution or the issues of cash-flow regarding monthly vs. bi-monthly publication. I do know I have limited time to invent and prepare D&D games. Luckily, Dungeon does that for me, and I think they make it look good. Thanks, Dungeon.
