This one went down after about 60-70 HP. So I know that they are a bit easier to kill and have a BAB of about 7 or so giving them a +14 to hit(or something around there). Most of the party has an AC around 24 and this is a bit higher because of the pro evil10' going on from the summoned lantern archon. The monk has an AC of 30 right now and will be getting a shield other spell on the nxt round making him really tough to kill in melee.
I talked we our DM last night about it. I had a couple of questions that I wasn't able to ask when we were playing last week. First off I have determined that these are not regular full HD Hill Giants, they are a group called the young bloods and we have killed one of them already but didn't do the 105 HP needed for a regular Hill Giant. The cleric is sitting right behind him with a couple of CLW/CMW wands and lots of 3rd and 2nd level spell slots. Prayer will also be going soon. Our wizard went and hid under a table in the kitchen and did manage to get one fireball off (becoming visable) before getting hit with three rocks. Our DM is very fair and roles on the table where everyone can see the results. It was brutal:( The two stone giants in the great hall seem to be watching and waiting to see what happens. Both the paladin and the monk have high diplomicy skill and the monk speaks giant. So, we have them grumbling in the back at how the hill giants have not been able to deal with us so easily. I don't think they will join the fight. We have gone through about 2/3 of the lodge and killed everything we have come across. Mainly ogres and a couple of hill giants fought one at a time. After talking with our DM, I realized that all the hill giants that we have been fighting in this place have been going down after 60-70 HP. We do need to get the party back together though, I think that a tacktical retreat through the kitchen to hook up with the other party members in the hallway would work. Then we could back out of the hallway to a room we had just cleared and fight them at the door way there. Between the Paladin (with dire wolf) and my monk with great AC we should be able to do pretty well... If it goes south, we can beat feet out the back of the lodge and escape into the forest.
