The forsaken elf is pretty much already pretty screwed to begin with. Between having deformities (thus I'd suggest something phsycial and/or mental type), and their dead god, you got a lot of ground to over. The other is relatively new but also good. The Broadreach elves are elves fighting in the Hornsaw forest trying to tame and heal the land. (If you know zero about the Hornsaw, just think the High Forest from FR on crack with a touch of the abyss and hell added in for fun. <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-smilie="1"data-shortname=":)" />) These guys, since they joined with the land are pretty obssessive types, even the less ruthless ones aren't to welcoming to outsiders. If you need stuff on those elven races, I'll be happy to share. </p><p></p><p>Another type, and this is kind of popular in my campaign, halflings. They are pretty trodden down race. Unlike your typical kenderish halflings, many of the Scarred Lands halflings are a down trodden race, kicked and abused by many humans in the south. In some places, such as the Heteromony of Virduk, they have it a little better. Some even try to rebel and make their own lands...but the Calastian and Lagenian forces tend to be pretty brutal about putting down uprisings. (That plus Queen Geleeda of the Calastian Hegemony is instituting a special kind of policy to win their hearts.) So here you could even go for a braveheartesque type and try to lead your people to freedom. Course you might die but hey it will be fun eh? <img src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png" class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" width="64" height="64" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" data-smilie="2"data-shortname=";)" /> </p><p></p><p>These are just some ideas I have.
