Silven Publishing has released The Temple of Madness, a multi-level, temple interior ready to drop into your campaign or to use a one shot adventure map. This map can be used as the lair of a small to mid-sized cult or following of an evil deity. A Lizard cult or small humanoid cult based in a rocky mountain or forest setting is ideal for this cave based lair.
