She has a few (see her possessions), but she rarely uses them. Silvermoon had made good use of her whip twice (one time to drain a shapeshifter to zero strength (the whip deals 1d6+1 Str damage (Fort DC 15 negates) like ray of enfeeblement on each hit) to keep it immobile, so it can't escape easily; and another time, where we had to fight our mirrors - she won initiative over her shadowy sister and since she had no spells prepared which could seriously hurt her (it is rather pointless to target her with reflex based spells), she whipped out the whip (stashed away in a glove of storing for emergency) and hit her 3 times, draining strength twice, so her opponent was down to Str 2 and collapsed from the carried weight (somewhere on initiative count 30 in the first round ;) :D), but having no proficiency with it makes it a little hard to use. Recently she's using her longsword a little more, whose powers are yet undiscovered mostly, however. Bye Thanee P.S. I've not seen the anime (I'm not really a big anime fan myself), but I think I've played (with D&D) the Record of Lodoss War storyline (with another character, tho). Was quite fun, but a little spoiled by the uber NPCs which happened to take the plot into their own hands, leaving the PCs more like spectators, unfortunately.
