BOOK OF TEMPLATES DELUXE BREAKS THE 600 SALES BARRIER!

It it with supreme pleasure that I announce that the Book of Templates: Deluxe Edition has surpassed the 600 sales mark on RPG Now! We wish to deeply thank everyone who has made (and, hopefully, pre-emptively thank those who may continue to make) this product such a raging success! :)

To celebrate this milestone, we are permanently lowering the price of the original Book of Templates (now $1.50) and the Book of Templates: Deluxe Edition (now $10), along with several other Silverthorne Games titles.

For a short while, Template Troves, Volume I: Serpents, Spiders & Godlings by the infamous Sean K Reynolds, will be on sale for $4.00 at RPGNow.

For a complete listing of all our products, click here. Thanks again for your support of Silverthorne Games! :)

To further celebrate, you should give the first person to reply a free copy of the deluxe edition. Yes, that'd be a great way to celebrate. :D

You got it, thundershot! Email me your address and you can expect a shiny new copy soon! :) How's that for celebration? My addy is silverthornegames at yahoo dot com.

That is cool that 600 people have bought it, but sad that only 600 people have bought the best source of templates in print or pdf.

Too bad there isn't some way of advertising to the majority of gamers.

No worries, thundershot! We look forward to your review :)

DMH, Thanks for your kind words! We're working on getting the word out there. It just takes time/money :)

Cheers!

For anyone doubting this Deluxe Edition is a solid purchase. Many of the templates just beg for me to derail the campaign and add in the nastiness. They also generally avoid the "cookie-cutter" feel of many templates.
Congratulations on the 600 mark! Here's hoping you see 1000 sooner than later.

I've managed to find time to skim it (I'm thinking about just printing it out), and there are definitely some unique ones in there. I'm more partial to templates that can be used to create a higher level PC (even though I'm the DM), but so far... I like..

Thanks so much for the kind words, Sledge! We hoped that many of the templates could be used as the basis for a side trek, adventure, or entire campaign, so we're glad we succeeded where you're concerned.

With regard to sales, we hope we hit 1,000 sales sooner rather than later, too! My kids have gotta eat, y'know ;)

It takes a while to read, so no worries there. Glad you're liking it so far, though!

What? Six hundred purchases and only a handful of reviews? Alright guys, time to get the reviewing lead out!

Great book. Looking forward to seeing how I can use this with Green Ronin's upcoming template monster book.
