Yes, we could afford true res, but still, Pharaun was out for that fight, and it was a fight that he really wanted to fight.Second time, it was my favoured soul. Red wizard casts empowered fireball for 60+ points of damage. My ref save: Natural 1. So even after res, it was massive damage. Fort save: Natural 1. I couldn't believe it. Not again. I took the damn die and rolled again, just out of spite. Natural 1.I yet have to get a series of natural twenties in a big fight....</blockquote>
