Singh Rager Questions

Hi, I have a few rules questions about the Singh Rager prestige class from Oriental Adventures:

1. Does the Lion's Pounce (Ex) ability allow the full attack option at the end of any charge (including partial charges) or just a regular charge?

2. How much time does it take to activate Swiftness of the Lioness (Ex)? Is it a free action, a standard action, or something else?

This is an extremely powerful class (due in no small part to the above abilities).

After rereading Extraordinary abilities in the DMG, I think you are right. I stand corrected. I'll go edit my post to reflect that. Like I said, my answers are by no means official.

I wouldn't allow the Lion's Pounce ability to be activated on a partial charge, because it creates a contradiction in actions. Effectively, you'd be allowing a character to take a full attack action in the space of a partial action. It strikes me that the benefit of the Lion's Pounce ability is to be able to combine the move and attack into a single action. A partial action should allow only for the number of attacks to which a character normally is entitled during a partial action: One.
