Though I know that WotC really mucked things up with classes like the Arcane Trickster any class that gives full spellcasting progression will basically be better than a level of the base class. Which isn't the goal.</p><p>(unless you're going epic but that's a pretty small segment of gamers right now)</p><p></p><p>Anyone have ideas for a hedge mage? or a battle wizard?
