[QUOTE="Bannock, post: 5478600, member: 6667040"] Again, Bannock snaps out of a strange reverie. Back at the mercenaries' camp he gathered up as much of the dried rations as are left over, taking a full 7 days worth (GM, correct me if there aren't so many left), and crammed them into his pack. Now, at their new site further down the road, he helps Arnir set up their tent, since he notices that the man is having difficulty even dragging the canvas into position, then unbuckles his new plate armor. He assembles it inside the tent and spends some time polishing off the dirt and blood. He puts on his winter cloak and goes back outside. He approaches his new horse, a big charger strong enough to hold his weight and supplies, and starts to talk to it in soothing tones, and strokes its mane, trying to get the horse more accustomed to him. As he finishes this, he notices the rather dreary mood of the party, as well as the sad dirge in the air. He sits around the fire with the others and eats some of the dried meat, and listens to the tune being hummed by Alric and played by Kirio. After a while, he joins in with some lyrics, and mutates the music into a happy and baudy travelers song involving a large breasted bar girl, a strict father, and the comically inept attempts of her drunken suiters.
