Haddin grumpily returns his attention to his book, muttering occasionally under his breath and occasionally bursting into coughing fits as he turns each page. [sblock="what Arnir knows"]Arnir, you don't know too much about domination spells as they are a relatively powerful form of compulsion enchantments. What you do know is that without the aid of detection magic, most compulsion enchantments require you to observe the behaviour of a potential subject of such a spell for any abnormalities.[/sblock] Crystin freezes at Lars' words and then speaks in hushed whispers: "Were...were you also born with special powers? Sometimes, if I concentrate really hard, I can fix something broken or put a rabbit to sleep with just my mind! Father says its because of his training, but I don't believe him. I'm no good with his lessons and he has never taught me these things. What do you dream about ... oh I don't know your name. I dream about ... many things, mostly the flames which speak to me. Lately though I have dreamed about you and your friends, as well as the Ragesians." Crystin lays out a bowl for everyone, and ladles in some hot stew made from root vegetables, horse meat and some woody mountain herbs. She takes a bowl over to her father and then returns to your company, sitting close to Lars in hopes that their conversation will continue.
