Size rules

I have read through and paged through NEW multiple times now and I am not seeing how size effects a character except for a -4 to defense, 150% carrying cap, and an xtra 1d6 unarmed. When I read the article from EONs "Size Matters" though it says size affects SOAK, Health, and speed as well.

It would seem to me size would affect a lot more than just how easy you are to hit, but wanted to get some more opinions or clarification on what is intended.

The EONs article refers to monsters, which can be much larger than PCs. There aren’t any PC races larger than large-sized, and those other adjustments kick in at enormous.

Thanks Morrus. Is there a location in the NEW book that all of the pros and cons of different sizes are listed or is it piecemail?
