[QUOTE="Arkhandus, post: 3496936, member: 13966"] Not that I know of. But you could play a psionic character (well, multiclassed I guess, into Scout or whatever) with 4 levels of Psychic Warrior to gain either Psionic Lion's Charge or Hustle. PLC is a swift-action power that gives you a full-attack in combination with a charge (rather, it allows you to charge and full-attack in the same round). Hustle is a swift-action power that gives you an extra move action (which means you could manifest Hustle, move 30' or whatever to your enemy, then execute a full-attack). Each lasts only 1 round per manifestation. But a 4th-level Psychic Warrior with decent Wisdom (will need a minimum of 12 to gain either of these 2nd-level powers) will have enough power points to manifest them a few times per day (more if the PW has high Wisdom and/or takes 1-2 copies of the Psionic Talent feat for extra power points). Hustle is probably best for a Scout type, since it can be used for maneuvering around the battlefield, although it doesn't give the same distance (and charging attack bonus) as Psionic Lion's Charge. And using the PW bonus feats for something like Psionic Weapon and Psionic Meditation, or Speed of Thought and Weapon Focus (or whatever), could be handy (Greater Psionic Weapon is good too, but requires +5 BAB before you can select it).
