Or rather, looking for multiple arms template.
Recently, I got this mini.

This is Slaughterpit Zombie Gnoll from late D&D Chainmail. It is a Zombie Gnoll with 2 heads and 4 arms.
Now, I want to use this mini in my D&D RPG. I know this thing has a 3.0e stats in this page.

But this is not a complete stats for this monster (say, no advancement line and such). And I want to make it something fit well within official rule and applicative.
At first, I thought to apply "Multiheaded Template" from Savage Species. Now a Zombie Gnoll has 2 Heads. But it still needs 2 more arms.
Are there something like "multiple arms template" and such?
