Typo: Section 2: First type in box: Role-plaing games
I'm a psych undergrad -- so my advice is less of saying that "you're wrong!" and more of "well, maybe..."
Section 3, you might want to put the words in the drop-down boxes, not the numbers.
Section 4 and 5 are balanced against each other with people tending to answer extremely -- but Section 6 isn't -- all the socially desirabile things are on the right. Might want to change that? Might not. (Like I said, I'm an undergrad who is unsure of himself.
)
Section four has abnormal anchors for the scale -- I think.
Well, that's my basic ideas. I guess you said you pretty much had the instrument done, so I'm sorry if all that advice was unwanted, or worse yet ill-advised.
Oh, in Section 7, question 1, maybe change that from "(quantify)" to "(quantify, not quantity)" -- the question made me pause for a second.
